www.talenxcelerate.com is a website that aims to promote in a detailed way the services marketed and the projects implemented by TalenXcelerate. In order to be able to fulfill this purpose, we come into contact with individuals or companies interested in purchasing one or more of the services offered, meaning that we provide you with a platform through which you can obtain the desired information. Although our website is informative, it may collect personal data of natural persons (for example natural persons/potential customers who wish to inquire about the works and services offered by our company). In order to minimize the amount of personal data collected, we have not introduced a registration/authentication option on our website.

This document is very important because it explains why we need certain personal data to be able to provide certain services. GDPR (General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data) is a mandatory legislative act, which supports natural persons in terms of the processing, protection and free movement of personal data by creating new rights and by taking over, respectively consolidating existing rights under Directive 95/46/EC, which will be repealed on May 25, 2018. Thus, any operator (commercial company, entity) that collects and processes personal data must apply the new requirements and provide transparent information on how the data is processed.

Why do we process your data?

Your personal data (surname, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) that can be found in our records are processed exclusively for the purpose for which they were collected, that of successfully completing the processes carried out in the relationship with you, such as: order registration, realization of sales processes, realization of delivery processes, information, notifications, promotion of products and services.

What categories of data do we process and when do we collect them?

www.talenxcelerate.com collects some personal data from its visitors, data that is obtained directly from visitors through the form in the “Contact” section or is provided by traffic reports and cookies.

Personal data such as: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address are processed by TalenXcelerate only if you enter them in the dedicated sections on the website or send them to us by e-mail.

Data collected through the contact form: if you access the contact page of our website, you can directly send us a message or a request without being logged into an email management application. The minimum information you must provide us with is: name and surname, email address, telephone number and your message. By completing and submitting the data, you express your consent to collect and use your data in the correspondence initiated by you, respectively for solving the request for which you contacted us.

We, TalenXcelerate Recruitment SRL, process the personal data collected through this website exclusively for the purpose for which they were requested, we do not encourage SPAM, we do not provide your contact details to third parties (natural or legal persons), we do not sell , we do not offer, we do not exchange e-mail addresses and we do not disclose your e-mail data to other people who access the pages of this site.

At your express request, sent to contact@talenxcelerate.com, we provide you with the right of access, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right of rectification or the right to delete data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the applicable legislation in force.

What is the legal basis on which we process this data?

The legal basis according to which we collect, process and store this data is our legitimate interest to ensure the general functionalities of the site, to execute a contract or a request from you, our commercial interest in case you purchase products from the company ours, respectively the consent given at the time of data registration.

What do you need to know about GDPR?

Definitions:

“Personal data” means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”);

By operator is meant any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that, alone or together with others, establishes the purposes and means of personal data processing.

The new Regulation gives more rights to the persons whose personal data is processed:

The right of access means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from us that we are processing your data or not, and if so, to provide you with access to this data as well as information about how it is processed;

The right to portability refers to the fact that you can receive personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and the right that they can be transmitted directly to another operator;

The right to opposition refers to the right to oppose the processing of personal data when it serves a public interest or a legitimate interest of ours;

The right to rectification refers to the correction without undue delay of inaccurate personal data;

The right to erasure/right to be forgotten means that you have the right to delete your collected data without undue delay in any of the following situations: it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing, you object to the processing, the data were collected illegally, the data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;

The right to restrict the processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data is contested for a certain period, sufficient for the verification of the data, if the processing is illegal but the deletion of the data is not desired, only the restriction, if TalenXcelerate no longer needs the personal data for processing but you ask us for the defense of a right in court, if you objected to the processing for the time interval while it is checked whether the legitimate rights prevail over your rights.

If we do not resolve your request within the legal term of 30 days, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.

How soon do we respond to requests received from you?

According to the provisions of the GDPR, Within no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, we will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the fulfillment of your request or, where appropriate, we will communicate to you the documented reasons why we could not comply with your request .

We assure you that before responding to any request regarding personal data processed by our company, we will take all necessary and reasonable measures to verify the identity of the applicant.

According to the provisions of the GDPR, the 30-day response period mentioned above can be extended by a maximum of two months if the complexity and number of requests justify this, and you will be informed about this aspect, if necessary.

Social networks

Our websites use so-called plugins from social network operators: Facebook, Linkedin, in order to connect the web page with the social networks where the company has an account. Through these plugins we do not collect personal data from you.

Google Analytics/ Google AdWords

Our website is interconnected with the analysis services Google Adwords and Google Analytics provided by Google Inc. in order to obtain statistical data regarding the activity of website visitors, respectively in order to improve the website’s visibility in the online environment.

In this context, your anonymized (shortened) IP address will reach a Google server in the USA, where Google will use this information on behalf of TalenXcelerate Recruitment SRL in order to generate statistical reports on how you use our website.

The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be associated with other personal information held by Google and thus you will not be able to be personally identified by means of the IP address. If you do not agree that your browser communicates this information to Google, you can set your browser to refuse the use of cookies, or you have the option to download and install the free resource, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser addon.
